SAK Comedy Lab is a 200 seat improv comedy theater in downtown Orlando. Conveniently located near the Amway Arena, SAK performs improv comedy shows Tuesday through Saturday. SAK's main show is the Duel of Fools. This show features two teams of three improvisers, one host/ referee, and a piano player to add music. Seasonal shows at SAK include variations on Duel of Fools, such as Love for Fools (Valentines Day), Yule of Fools (Christmas), Midnight Halloween Torture Show, and Mardi Gras SAK Style.

An old appliance warehouse now houses Theatre Downtown, a performance group dedicated to producing unique plays for the community. Theatre patrons can relax pre-show in a lobby filled with tables, a small bar, and local works of art. Seats in the main theater are arranged around the black box stage, creating an intimate atmosphere. With only 100 seats, those toward the back of the theatre offer the best view of the stage.

The Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra is Central Florida's fully professional ensemble with more than 80 professional musicians from around the globe. For many years, Enzian Theater has been Central Florida's only full-time, nonprofit alternative cinema. Most movies screened at the theater are targeted towards adults, but there are films and festivals for the entire family. They also do Popcorn Flicks on the second Thursday of each month where classic films are screened for free in Central Park. Free popcorn is provided just bring your own blanket or lawn chair. And be prepared for a pause in the movie when a train goes by.
